1. DESCRIPTION OF BUYERS AND SELLERS ATTENDING TIME 2008
Buyers invited to attend TIME 2008 are those operating in the main travel markets of Asia, Australia, Europe, the United States of America, Canada, Africa, Middle East and many others. They represent travel wholesalers and retailers, incentive organizations, tour operators, meeting planners, destination management planners, etc.

Sellers at TIME 2008 are those operating throughout Indonesia in services such as airlines, destinations, adventure special interest / activity holidays, land, air, and sea packages, business travel packages, conference, convention, and exhibition organizers, management corporate travel planners, hotels / resorts / accommodation providers, golf holidays, tour operators, tourist attractions and many more related to the travel trade business.

2. BUYERS REGISTRATION
The Registration Fees are as follow:

• Buyer Registration                                             : USD 250.00
• Spouse / Accompanying Persons Registration   : USD 100.00

Buyers are requested to fill in the Buyer Registration Form and Buyer’s Profile Form with 2 (two) colour photographs (2 cm x 3 cm). In order to match Buyers to meet preferred Sellers and vise-versa, it is imperative that all Buyers complete comprehensively their Buyer’s Profile Form.

Buyers will get allocated rooms at sponsoring three, four, or five star hotel including breakfast, 75% discount on return economy air fares from sponsoring airlines, ground transport, admission to the Mart area, pre-scheduled appointment with Sellers, Opening Ceremony, Lunches, Dinners, Late Night Functions, Buyer & Seller Directory, and Conference Kits.

Spouse / accompanying persons will get room (sharing with the buyer – their spouse), ground transport, admission to Opening Ceremony, Lunches, Dinners, Late Night Functions.

TIME 2008 Secretariat must receive the filled in Buyer Registration Form, Buyer’s Profile Form, and the photograph on August 31, 2008 at the latest.

3. PAYMENT
Payment methods of TIME 2008 are as follow:

• Credit Card
  American Express (AMEX), Visa, and Master Card are accepted. Please fill in the necessary sections of the Registration Form.
  Please note if you pay by AMEX, in the line with the Indonesian Banking Rules and Regulations, the Organizing Committee requires the 4-digits security number, copy of your passport or ID, and both side of your AMEX Card for charge the credit card.

4. CANCELATION CONDITIONS
All cancellations of registration must be made in writing to the TIME 2008 Secretariat. Refund for cancellations of registration will be made after the Mart and subject to the following deadlines and charges.

• By July 31, 2008     : Entitled to 50% refund       
• After July 31, 2008 : No Refund

5. ACCEPTANCE OF REGISTRATION
Your application, when signed and stamped by the company’s common seal, shall serve as an agreement between the TIME 2008 Organizing Committee and the applying organization and shall indicate that the above terms and conditions have been read and fully comprehended by the applicant.

The Organizing Committee reserves the right to consider as incomplete any Registration Form submitted without signature or common seal of the company.

6. LIABILITY
TIME 2008 Steering Committee and Organizing Committee shall not be liable for personal accidents or losses or damage to private property of registered Buyers of TIME 2008. Buyers should make their own arrangements with respect to personal insurance.

7. PASSPORT AND VISA

• PASSPORT
  All foreigners wishing to enter Indonesia must have a passport valid for at least 6 (six) months from the date of arrival along with proof (tickets) of onward or return passage.
  
  
• VISA – Free Tourist Visa
  The immigration authorities provide free tourist visa for period of 30 days to nationals of 11 countries, they are: Brunei Darussalam, Chile, Hong Kong Special Administrative Region (SAR), Macao SAR, Malaysia, Marocco, Peru, Philippines, Singapore, Thailand, Vietnam.
  
  
• VISA – Visa on Arrival
  Visa on arrival is given to nationals from 63 countries, they are: Algeria, Argentine, Austria, Australia, Bahrain, Belgium, Brazil, Bulgaria, Cambodia, Canada, Cyprus, Denmark, Egypt, Estonia, Finland, Fiji, France, Germany, Greece, Hungary, Iceland, Ireland, Italy, India, Iran, Japan, Kuwait, Laos, Latvia, Libya, Liechtenstein, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Maldives, Malta, Mexico, Monaco, Netherlands, New Zealand, Norway, Oman, Panama, People’s Republic of China, Poland, Portugal, Qatar, Republic of Korea, Rumania, Russia, Saudi Arabia, Slovakia, Slovenia, South Africa, Spain, Suriname, Sweden, Switzerland, Taiwan, Tunisia, United Arab Emirates, United Kingdom, United States of America.    

The visas on arrival fee are classified into two:

• USD 10.00 for maximum 7 days / 6 nights visit (not extendable)
• USD 25.00 for maximum stay of 30 days (not extendable

• VISA – Calling Visa
  Immigration clearance or Calling Visa is needed for those who do not have Indonesian Embassy or Consulate in their country.
  
  Countries that to obtain an approval from immigration head office in Jakarta:
  Afghanistan, Albania, Angola, Bangladesh (non-resident), Cameroon, Cuba, Ethiopia, Ghana, Iraq, Israel, North Korea, Nigeria, Pakistan, Somalia, Sri Lanka, Tanzania, Tonga
  
  We will assist the Buyers who need it and they can collect the immigration clearance at nearest Indonesian Embassy or Consulate from their country. Please get in touch as early as possible with the TIME 2008 Secretariat if you need our assistance to get the Calling Visa. Please also send us copy of your passport & flight detail for Calling Visa application purposes (additional cost may incur).
  
  Other nationals who are not mentioned above must apply for a visa at Indonesian Embassies or Consulates in their home country. 

8. LETTER OF OFFICIAL INVITATION
TIME 2008 Secretariat can provide invitation letters to those who require them for visas or other necessary procedures. However, this letter aims to assist participants for their travel to Indonesia and does not imply any commitment for TIME 2008 Secretariat to provide financial support. Please inform the TIME 2008 Secretariat if you need this invitation letter.

9. AIRPORT TAX
An airport departure tax of Rp. 100.000,- is levied by the airport authority for travelers on international flights and Rp 30.000,- for domestic flights. The tax must be paid in Rupiah.
