1. DESCRIPTION OF BUYERS AND SELLERS ATTENDING TIME 2010
Buyers invited to attend TIME 2010 are those operating in the main travel markets of Asia, Australia, Europe, the United
States of America, Canada, Africa, Middle East and many others. They represent travel wholesalers and retailers, incentive
organizations, tour operators, meeting planners, destination management planners, etc.
Sellers at TIME 2010 are those operating throughout Indonesia in services such as airlines, destinations, adventure special interest / activity holidays, land, air, and sea packages, business travel packages, conference, convention, and exhibition organizers, management corporate travel planners, hotels / resorts / accommodation providers, golf holidays, tour operators, tourist attractions and many more related to the travel trade business.
Sellers at TIME 2010 are those operating throughout Indonesia in services such as airlines, destinations, adventure special interest / activity holidays, land, air, and sea packages, business travel packages, conference, convention, and exhibition organizers, management corporate travel planners, hotels / resorts / accommodation providers, golf holidays, tour operators, tourist attractions and many more related to the travel trade business.
2. BUYERS REGISTRATION
The Registration Fees are as follow:
Buyers Buyers will get allocated rooms at sponsoring four, or five star hotel including breakfast, 75% discount on return economy air fares from sponsoring airlines, ground transport, admission to the Mart area, pre-scheduled appointment with Sellers, Opening Ceremony, Lunches, Dinners, Late Night Functions as per official program, Buyer & Seller Directory, and Conference Kits.
Spouse / accompanying persons will get room (sharing with the buyer – their spouse), ground transport, admission to Opening Ceremony, Lunches, Dinners, Late Night Functions as per official program.
TIME 2010 Secretariat must receive the filled in Buyer Registration Form, Buyer's Profile Form, and the photograph on September 17, 2010 at the latest.

- Spouse / Accompanying Persons Registration : USD 100.00

3. PAYMENT

4. CANCELATION CONDITIONS
All cancellations of registration must be made in writing to the TIME 2010 Secretariat. Refund for cancellations of
registration will be made after the Mart and subject to the following deadlines and charges.
- By September 17, 2010 : Entitled to 50% refund
- After September 17, 2010 : No Refund
5. ACCEPTANCE OF REGISTRATION
Your application, when signed and stamped by the company's common seal, shall serve as an agreement between the
TIME 2010 Organizing Committee and the applying organization and shall indicate that the above terms and conditions
have been read and fully comprehended by the applicant.
The Organizing Committee reserves the right to consider as incomplete any Registration Form submitted without signature or common seal of the company.

6. LIABILITY
TIME 2010 Steering Committee and Organizing Committee shall not be liable for personal accidents or losses or damage to
private property of registered Buyers of TIME 2010. Buyers should make their own arrangements with respect to personal
insurance.
7. PASSPORT AND VISA
PASSPORT
All foreigners wishing to enter Indonesia must have a passport valid for at least 6 (six) months from the date of arrival along with proof (tickets) of onward or return passage.
VISA – Free Tourist Visa
The immigration authorities provide free tourist visa for period of 30 days to nationals of 11 countries, they are: Brunei Darussalam, Chile, Hong Kong Special Administrative Region (SAR), Macao SAR, Malaysia, Marocco, Peru, Philippines, Singapore, Thailand, Vietnam.
VISA – Visa on Arrival
Visa on arrival is given to nationals from 63 countries, they are: Algeria, Argentine, Austria, Australia, Bahrain, Belgium, Brazil, Bulgaria, Cambodia, Canada, Cyprus, Denmark, Egypt, Estonia, Finland, Fiji, France, Germany, Greece, Hungary, Iceland, Ireland, Italy, India, Iran, Japan, Kuwait, Laos, Latvia, Libya, Liechtenstein, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Maldives, Malta, Mexico, Monaco, Netherlands, New Zealand, Norway, Oman, Panama, People's Republic of China, Poland, Portugal, Qatar, Republic of Korea, Rumania, Russia, Saudi Arabia, Slovakia, Slovenia, South Africa, Spain, Suriname, Sweden, Switzerland, Taiwan, Tunisia, United Arab Emirates, United Kingdom, United States of America.
Immigration clearance or Calling Visa is needed for those who do not have Indonesian Embassy or Consulate in their country.

We will assist the Buyers who need it and they can collect the immigration clearance at nearest Indonesian Embassy or Consulate from their country. Please get in touch as early as possible with the TIME 2010 Secretariat if you need our assistance to get the Calling Visa. Please also send us copy of your passport & flight detail for Calling Visa application purposes (additional cost may incur).

8. LETTER OF OFFICIAL INVITATION
TIME 2010 Secretariat can provide invitation letters to those who require them for visas or other necessary procedures.
However, this letter aims to assist participants for their travel to Indonesia and does not imply any commitment for TIME
2010 Secretariat to provide financial support. Please inform the TIME 2010 Secretariat if you need this invitation letter.
9. AIRPORT TAX
An airport departure tax of Rp. 150.000,- is levied by the airport authority for travelers on international flights and Rp
40.000,- for domestic flights. The tax must be paid in Rupiah.
