The Committee will appoint hotels for Buyers. Check-in date will be on 11 October 2010 and check out date on 16 October 2010. Different check-in / check-out dates due to flight schedule will be treated on case by case basis. Please contact us if you need special rates for early check-in or late check out period.

  1. Airport transfers from airport to hotel will be available from 11-12 October 2010.
  2. Departure transfers from hotel to airport will be available from 15-16 October 2010.
  3. Shuttle services between official hotels and venue will be provided from 12-15 October 2010. Shuttle schedule will be available at the official hotels and the venue.
