C. Hotel Reservation

The Committee will appoint hotels for Buyers. Check-in date will be on 13 October 2008 and check out date on 18 October 2008.
Different check-in/check-out dates due to flight schedule will be treated on case by case basis. Please contact us if you need special rates for early check-in or late check –out period.

D. Airport Transfer & Shuttle Services

  1. Arrival transfers from airport to hotel will be available from 13-14 October 2008
  2. Departure transfers from hotel to airport will be available from 17-18 October 2008
  3. Shuttle services between official hotels and venue will be provided from 14-17 October 2008. Shuttle schedule will be available at the official hotels and the venue.
